Before you fill in the form, please take a moment to review the meeting approval process.

Meetings must be approved by the European Board before they can be published on the website. To avoid conflicts with other events, please check the Meeting Schedule first.

Once you've confirmed your date is available, fill in the form below. The Secretary will be notified automatically and forward your request to the EU Board for review. You'll receive a confirmation by email once your meeting has been approved and published.

Please fill in all fields if possible. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. If you leave them empty, the form can’t be submitted. Once you’ve successfully sent the form, the European Executive Board will be notified. For your records, a copy of your registration will also be emailed to you.
