as host chapter, we need your help: please register for the convention as soon as possible, even if you have not booked your accommodation yet.
To plan shuttles, catering, venues and everything else properly, we urgently need reliable participant numbers. Every early registration helps us a lot.

No need to pay yet
Registering now does not mean paying now. The participation fee is not due until spring 2027. Early payment is not required, so there is no reason to wait with your registration.
Accommodation – there is still plenty of space
Contrary to various rumours, there are still rooms available in Waidring. Not all accommodations are listed on the usual booking platforms, so we recommend booking through the Waidring Tourist Board.
- Steinplatte campsite: besides pitches, there are still plenty of apartments and glamping tents available.
- Kuhotel: please book only directly with the hotel, using the keyword "International Convention Blue Knights". Only then will you get the agreed special rate of €225 per double room.
- Wider region: hundreds of rooms and holiday apartments are still available throughout the Pillerseetal area, as well as in St. Ulrich, St. Jakob and Fieberbrunn.
- Please avoid booking in Hochfilzen if possible.
Pillerseecard and shuttle service
All officially registered participants will receive the Pillerseecard, which gives you free use of public transport in the region. Additional shuttle buses will run, mainly in the afternoons, evenings and at night. One more reason to register early!
